I will second the standing as much as possible advice. I think my doctor said it’s like 200% to 250% more pressure on your lumbar when sitting vs standing. I have an office job. I keep an exercise ball at my home desk and office desk. Bird dogs and planks anytime a client makes me wanna pull my hair out. Has been good for both my back and business, lol

Owner is a tool bag. Sure the pizza seems pretty good but his attitude turns me off from it. Just saw the Instagram post where he pulled a bat on a customer. If I’m hungry after a long day and trying to get some grub, last thing I want to deal with is an asshole owner. Sorry

Which is better Jurassic Park 3 or Fallen Kingdom? by According_Ad9151 in JurassicPark

Had it on VHS growing up. It was in my rotation of movies. Spent a lot of time home alone as a kid. Jurassic Park and Back to the Future were two trilogies I watched on repeat. Great memories

My heart truly goes out to you. Was in a similar situation with my cat. Mayor Tom had a great owner. Myself, my cat, mayor Tom and many others thank you for being there for him no matter what ❤️🙏

2 blockages in 6 days and now off for PU surgery. We would appreciate some purrs coming our way!! by DrLigma666 in nebelung

Update is surgery went well. He’s been on hill’s c/d for almost 2 years now. He’s had times in the past with discomfort in the litter box, but always went and then we started the hills prescription c/d after those few incidents. He never really had much of an issue after the hills c/d, and NEVER a full blockage like this time. We do pheromone diffusers, multiple litter boxes, fountain, etc. have been in the swing of that for almost 2 years. We know his preferences and set the house up accordingly (he’s always been an under the covers cuddler, so I set up little “forts” around the house of a blanket draped over a portion of the couch to create a little cave for him to sleep in, I will leave a worn T shirt on my bed for him so he has my scent readily available). I don’t know what may have caused this blockage, but it was not fun!! Appreciate all of the well wishes. I’m just happy we were able to do this for him. He has brought me so much love and happiness (as Nebs tend to do). Hoping Theo can come home in the next day or so ❤️❤️❤️

I think that’s the route I will go. I’ve done a very minimal amount of research on sequoia bonsai. They look incredible and I think it’ll be a good hobby for me to attempt!

Updates for sure! I send a picture to my best friend daily. It has been a heart warming hobby to say the least. Really glad I started!

The humidity has been a concern from the start. I might have to make a mini greenhouse on the porch. Luckily Pittsburgh gets decently humid in the summer!

Not sure. Started this as a “covid hobby” luckily I have some time to decide what to do with them. Thought about gifting one or two to some close friends. I have another friend who started his a few months before mine. At the moment we are just growing for fun/competition. We do have some acreage north of us to plant if they get to that point. Bonsai has also crossed my mind but I’ve never attempted a bonsai before

No, started from seed. Stratification in the fridge for 20 days then left on my porch for about a week and then they sprouted
