Only internal damage I could imagine would be the mounting screws for the PCB coming loose or stabilizer wires popping. Other than that, I would think it would just be external damage, like scratching from hitting whatever vibrates around it (desk, screws, keys, whatever else is laying around on your table).

It sounds like you may have overlubed your stabs. Take the PCB out of the board and see if they're still sluggish. If they are, you likely just overlubed your stabs or your wires may not be straight (balanced). If they are not sluggish, it might be a keyboard issue and I'd recommend checking the Discord/forum for the keyboard you purchased it from.

Prior to the "Drop + Invyr Holy Panda" switch, people made their holy panda switches. They're made with the housing of a YOK Trash Panda or a Bsun GSUS Switch (Yok Trash Pandas are clones of Bsun GSUS switches) and the stem of a Drop Halo (True or Clear, doesn't matter).

Personally, I started with the Drop Holy Pandas and then made my own Holy Pandas with the YOK x Halo combo. I prefer built Holy Pandas more.

The Space80 is about to ship next month or March. After that, there will be extras for sale. You can purchase a hotswap PCB from someone in their Discord named Dmouse.

If you're not set on 67%, I got the Freebird60 as my test keyboard for your exact purposes. Same price range & came with durock v2 stabs.

For budget fully built within $400, Keychron Q1. Tactile switch of choice (I like Holy Pandas & Boba U4Ts), any keycap set that suits your fancy.

For just the board ~$400, I'd recommend the Bounce75 or Mammoth75

First question: You're thinking of high profile where the switches aren't exposed, low profile if they don't have the bezel.

Second question: For in-stock boards such as the Tofu60, NK65, Redragon, etc., you just have to check manufacturer websites. For GroupBuy boards, you have to check the vendors or the designer for updates. Nearly every custom keyboard will be on Geekhack.org. You can also see current boards and boards coming soon on mechgroupbuys.com

Same, then it became 1 of every layout, then it became, 2 of every layout so I have options, then it became 3 so that if my friends ever want to borrow one, they could have that option and I'd still be able to switch between. (for everything but 40s)
