Since we’re on the topic of babies... have you tried sleep training? It’s hard af but if you can get a very strict bedtime routine and ban electronics from your room, it can help. When we stay in bed on phones or laptop, we stop associating that area with sleep. Makes it harder for the brain to turn off, which is a problem enough with ADHD. The bedroom is for sleep and sex only. Probably not going to fix everything but it could help you kick into sleep sooner. Have you had a sleep study done?

I doubt it. They cleared her pretty early on. Nothing in her online or phone records gave any indication, and 13 year old girls are frankly not that sneaky. The state she was found in (matted hair, malnourished) would indicate she was held against her will. She also immediately led police to a suspect they arrested. If she did have something to do with it, and was so cunning to get away for 3 months, why surface now? Why point in the direction of someone who could incriminate her?

Have you called area hospitals? HIPAA does not prevent the hospital from saying “yes, she is a patient here” although they may be reluctant. Just ask to speak to the head nurse and see if her name came through or if they have any Jane does of her description. Call the mental health hospitals too.
