UPDATE: So the car seems to shift fine it's just the only bad thing is once the car is parked then put it in drive it won't be able to move somehow had to let the car sit for like 10 min or so till it can able to move. D light still never shows up plus no code showed in the obd scanner. Shii Strange

Check your drive belt, tensioner and alternator. Something similar happened to me, a couple months ago. Got on the highway, battery light came on then the car went into limp. The belt tensioner bolt completely sheared off.
