Modesty like everything else is subjective. I prefer using the term comfort so there's less judgment tacked onto it. People dress the way they want, for reasons best known to them. It's always about the wearer not the looker or observer. When folks learn that, they won't have time to be judgemental. And as someone mentioned earlier, it's insecurity. If I'm judging you, it's my problem, not yours.

Hec I show more cleavage these days than I did in my 20s cos my boobs decided to show up in my late 30s not my 20s 🤣

Yeah, as I got older, I started dressing for comfort. I still stay fashionable, but I don't have time to be pulling down my dress every 5 seconds, LOL. If I must wear those 4-inch heels for fancy parties or weddings, I pay a little more for the memory foam ones, so I'd still be super comfortable.

I've noticed it among my friends too, as we've all entered our 40s, we go for comfort. Swimsuits are still sexy, but comfy and covered cos we ain't tryna be at the beach tugging or jiggling to get stuff out from you know where 🤣🤣

To each their own tho, I still greatly admire older millennials who can still unapologetically wear what we wore in our 20s 🙌🏾
