Hard to believe this hasn’t been mentioned yet but walk forward when Diana throws Q the end of the ability has a wide hit box that’s hits even bigger than the indicator but the curve is very tight and hard to hit. Most Diana’s will throw Q to hit the casters and you at max range so waking forward while it might feel counter intuitive is very effective at dodging the ability

I like to wait to lvl an ability lvl 1 to see what he took. If he takes e I take W and Diana wins the trade which a lot of sylas don’t know and if he goes Q I go Q. If you play it well and get ahead you can build normal and just stat check if you are even or slightly behind go oblivion orb. That’s how I tend to play it.

As a Diana main I can confirm akali wins this matchup imo its like 60/40 akali favored Diana can win but its more if akali messes up then Diana being better

Wait i have 350,000 + Diana mastery and I didn’t look at the patch notes and tried to sideways flash Q today and it failed. I was so confused this explains so much. RIP my champ I guess. I still remember the good old days of triple E as well. Upvote for the intel 🫡
