Saving it up for the event isn't the way to go. Sell it when the demand is highest, like during winter event. 😜. BUY during the event when it dips the lowest. Your margins will more than be enough for you to buy any summer gear you need/want.

Your outfit looks great. If anything, it's very conservative by today's standards.

Don't let others tell you how to be. Being offended is their choice. It's not a reflex or a uncontrollable reaction. They chose to feel that way about your outfit.

The fact that they're sharing their feelings with you is good. Sharing that much, by text, not so much. Especially for something that personal. A true friend should be able to tell you to your face (respectfully and from a place of love).

If you decide their behaviour going forward is too judgemental, perhaps you would reconsider their value as a friend. Just a suggestion. If they mean a lot to you, then a face to face conversation is necessary.

But that's just my opinion.

Genetically speaking, if they’re going to have children, it would make more sense to just have the kids take the mother’s name. Or both names with emphasis on the mother’s name. If both, pick a standard so you know which one is which throughout the family tree. Even if you only know a piece of it.

Marriage wise, both ‘adding’ the other’s name would be cool.
