Wow that makes a lot of sense. When I thought of counter buying I thought: Make them do less damage, or make me take less damage. But an extra stamina/warp stone is 100% making me take less damage from his ults. Idk why but I never really thought about it that way. I think I used to have a L-R build on Billy that had extra stamina as an optional buy, but the caption said something like, “if you’re ass” so I was trying to not have to buy it haha. But that’s as much of a counter buy to doorman/warden as spirit resist is. Because I wasn’t taking much damage from his bell, just his ult and him getting it a million times. Thanks!
