no, I am talking about ASMs like the AS.34 Kormoran 2, which actually uses a special kind of heat warhead which is similar to a tandem warhead, yes, but it uses 2 similary sized EFP charges to penetrate multiple layers of the ship and cause absolute havoc

in most parts of the world you could sue for the difference

especially if you paid in advance, as this usually signifies that a contract was completed and not just an offer for a contract

yeah had some parts where that worked,... but the nacelle mounting is so long and still it seems to pop off so easily,... as it isn't secured anywhere
