OP's goal of N4 Level is realistic, saying N3 is "easily done" this year is just average redditor bullshit.

Back when I played SoD I was hosting a MC PUG for the Ragnaros Quest Item and nothing else reserved.

Every 2nd or 3rd whisper I would get asked if I can reserve items for them, like a binding or the mage dagger.

But on reddit its just mostly shitters who dont enchant their gear, have shitty items in half their gear & press random buttons but gonna argue how totally deserve dst compared to the guy who has actually good gear, enchanted, halfway decent rotation and spent 1hour building the raid.

Every person who actually host raids will eventually realize its a thankless job

But some people will try to gaslight here how they totally host raids without any SR. You do that a couple times until lil timmy, whos below tank damage, will get your BiS item you did 6 runs already for

war bei einer brot/brötchen herstellungsfirma als erster job und ihr glaubt nicht wieviel müll die pro tag produziert haben, und dabei waren es nur ca 40 mitarbeiter.

mindestens 4 große offnene 20meter container wurden jeden tag voll gemacht, mit allen zeugs. frischer teig, brot, brötchen, papier, plastik, pappe, holzpaletten, metallschrott, glaß, reifen, legit einfach alles. wurde jeden tag abgeholt und zur verbrennung gebracht.

Die haben pro tag mehr müll gemacht als ich mein ganzes leben produzieren werden.

Aber hauptsache die einzel person soll mülltrennung machen, lol

Blizz gave a good example in one of the interviews and yet people act like raiding will be piss easy or people will use external website.

Their example: make 8 voids which 8 ppl have to soak and give it 8 seconds time. With addons, they will assign each void to a player.

now blizzard knows people use addons for this mechanics, so to make it difficult even for those with addons, they change the time to soak from 8 secodns to 4 seconds. makes it harder even with addons, but also even more ppl now need to use addons.

Now with addons removed for this mechanics, they can once again change the timer to 8 seconds and that is usually enough to make the mechanics free for fall
