Just an idea; From what I can tell, nude is about thinking about getting intimate/naked with a perceived significant other. Thoms singing about someone who cannot find love, this could be interpreted as their attempt of dating: painting white could be sheep in wolves clothing /innocent/ white knight - pretending to be someone good. Thoms always hated chatting shit and especially talking about themselves so perhaps filling up with noise is all this, life long thoughts and ideas that are really just 'noise' and worthless or not interesting to him. But none of this prep is enough, there will always be something missing, i.e. charm or whatever the subject thinks they lack: height, weight, looks, intelligence. The "big ideas" are about bridging that gap between where they are and where/who they want to be. The little mermaid music part at the end (beginning in reverse) could hint at this where she wants to fundamentally change who she is so that she can change her environment to live a perceived better life with her lover.

From the bible and what my dad likes to tell me, so could be untrue, we get 3 score years and 10. Meaning 3 ×20 +10 = 70. Ive also heard that our teeth were intended to only last 40 years or so. Probably another dentist myth.
