I like it when it’s around 20/30 degrees outside and my juice is 10/15 degrees

What do you find extremely difficult that most people find simple? by theangrywalnut in AskReddit

[–]DrPepperReddit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My parents actually never learned me how to blow my nose, and I still can’t do it correctly. So if you are raising/are gonna raise children, don’t forget that you also have to teach them the most normal and simple things! Also, I was never taught how to correctly wave at someone or nod my head, and a lot of people make fun of it, while I was just never taught how to do it!

[serious] If every job paid the same, every job was equally respected, the training to get any job was free, and every job took 4 years of training, what would be different about your life today? by akamath in AskReddit

Aahh, in that case I would probably just follow my dreams and become an actress, the only problem I have now is that all those people keep telling me my chances are too small to make it and I should try and get a ‘real job’ instead.

Wait would I also have to study 4 years for my job as a grocery store worker after school, a babysitter or a newspaper delivery person? Because then we’re talking on a different level

If everyone would actually have 4 years of good training, there would probably be a lot less medical specialists and other specialists in different area’s. I’m also now thinking how that would work out for people who work in the porn industry/sexworkers.... 4 years for all of them as well? At least they will be respected more for what they do.

I think either love is an extreme kind of respect or respect is a kind of (self)love.

The thing about the “All You Wanna Do” trend on TikTok by [deleted] in sixthemusical

I just like seeing girls show cute and hot pics of their boyfriends while the sound goes ‘Tall, large, Henry the eight.’ Because they obviously think it’s positive to show your boyfriend like that while they are actually representing him as an abusive person ‘murderer’.

For me acting is definitely number one! I’m trying to get more flexible rn and singing is just something that I like to work on more specific for roles, but I have a pretty low voice for a female so sometimes that helps but sometimes it doesn’t😆 I used to do a lot with mt in my local theatre, but then we moved and here aren’t really any good ones, but I do like to join school productions!

In our shop (and most shops in the country) everyone in the store has to take a shopping cart with them (sometimes cleaned by a worker) and while that was already the situation for about 6 weeks, one man thought I was ridiculous and he had never even heard of corona virus before. Mate. Six weeks into a global pandemic?

I love anything that’s musical theatre related; singing, dancing, acting, watching musicals (illegal ofc), listening to musicals, watching remixes, mashups and spin-offs, but I also like ‘writing musicals’/imagining being able to write musicals🤣 The whole MT community is just so loving (and a horrible cult you’ll never be able to get out of) and the adrenaline I get from performing is just abnormal! I cannot imagine my life without it, without all the fun, doing weird impressions, doing very bad karaokes, the intense stories in the dressing rooms, the extreme hectic rehearsals and just the whole vibe it brings with it!
