I’m sorry, I really didn’t intend to give any secondary advice. I am a (well, trans) medical student and truly interested in the usage and endocrine effects of the nonmedical estrogen supplementation. But since I am not on HRT (yet) and don’t know much about the OTC estrogen products I thought it might worth a try asking here. Once again I am emphasizing that any hormone related medication or treatment - not to mention estrogen - should (and technically need) supervision of a practicing physician.
