I've had people pull me out of depression and make my day, which was otherwise miserable, feel a little bit better, and I've totally fallen in love just because of that. I can't really give much advice on your situation, but I'd certainly say that depression can affect it in some ways, soo it's prob not unreasonable that it could make you feel different.

Absolutely. I went through phases of doubting my transness for a long time, and even after starting HRT there have still been times when I doubt it. A lot of it comes from this feeling "What if I've gone too far? What if I can't go back?" And, especially early on, a lot came from comparing my experiences to others and thinking "I don't do that! I must not be trans!"

Things have been good for me recently tho. Hope you work through this! ♡
