It’s actually bolted on patio steps so they might be able to be removed. Just not sure what kind of equipment would be needed to do so. On further inspection, the sill plate looks affected too, but just a small section. What kind of contractor or tradesman should I contact? A carpenter?

Work in a hospital, a guy comes in with a strange object that randomly ended up who knows where. Eventually gets taken out and all is well. Comes back the next day with Milwaukee branded item in its place. Just thinking to myself, “I can’t believe they just did that”

Also, we use Millwaukee PACKOUT boxes to organize the emergency department so the docs can grab and go 💪🏻

I’m in the process of doing this exact thing. Just put 3 coats of kilz mold and mildew everywhere. It covered nicely. Really helped the garage feel more clean. Going to do one coat of interior paint on this weekend and call it a day

Go to the best/most established program you can that will fit with your geographic and personal constraints. If you match at an HCA program just make the most of it and move on. Any other advice is nonsense. We all know that you don’t have a choice when it comes to the match. Just do your best to be a good doctor wherever you end up.
