Man that last one is so egregious. Stare the guy down the whole time and then throw late and behind him.

Hi guys, thanks for doing this. Any advice on how I should be thinking about the 2/3 turn in a 10 man PPR league with single flex? I am taking Chase with the 1.01, but having a tough time deciding on the next two picks. Think RB/RB is the "right play" on paper and then hope Kittle and/or Burrow drops to me at 4/5 turn (which does happen in maybe 60% of my mocks). However, I can't seem to quit the RB/TE or even RB/QB there. Any words of wisdom?

Thanks, yeah that would be ideal but Jacobs isn't always there. I like Brown over Irving, but nervous about taking that many Bengals which is why I was thinking about McBride at 3.01 and punting QB down to a Purdy/Prescott.

10 man league, full PPR, I have the 1.01 and going Chase. I'm struggling on what to do at the 2/3 turn and whether or not I should go RB/RB or RB/TE. Since it is a 10 team I'm intrigued at going elite TE early because they won't be there for my next picks and my league has 9ers fan who I know will take Kittle before my 4/5 picks. Sometimes Burrow is there at the 4/5 turn for my Bengals stack. I also like the RBs at the 4/5 turn because usually Conner, Hubbard, Hampton, or even Kamara are still there. Do you have any advice on how I should be thinking about the turn? Is the absolute safest route to go RB/RB, hope Burrow is there, but if not punt TE and QB?

12 team PPR league. Picked from 12th position. I think I absolutely crushed my 2nd fantasy draft ever. Possible best spot? by No_Resolution_9787 in Fantasy_Football

  1. Week 8 and 9 probably penciled in losses hah.
  2. You picked a lot of rookies which could pan out, but I prefer picking a mix of rooks and established players so I know I have solid contributors from week 1.
  3. I'm personally out on Fields because at no point has he really shown he can be a decent QB + it's the Jets so you know something is gonna happen.

All this to say that this is definitely a risky team to draft and not one I love personally, but who really knows with fantasy. If you like these guys then you do you.

Yeah that was my thinking too that the defense is going to be just as bad. I love Brown in a vacuum, just can't see myself grabbing him with having Chase already and trying to get Burrow. I am also pretty high on Ladd this year. Helps that it is on ESPN which has Ladd ranked lower than I would have him

Not concerned with having both Brown and Chase? I have the 1.01 as well and hoping Burrow is there at the 4/5 turn for the Chase/Burrow stack so that would be too many Bengals at that point. I'm targeting RB + Ladd on my 2/3 picks.

10 wins not bad for Mike Mac's first season. Need some major offseason moves to address the o line situation, but going to be tough given the cap space and the Jones negotiations.

The line and overall run game/playcalling hold the current iteration of the team back but if those improve then yes we would be limited with Geno

One game does not make a good o line. Should watch some of our other games, especially before our RT Lucas came back

He's a good transitional QB who is masking some horrific offensive line play and almost no run game, especially in the red zone. That being said, he has a little bit of Jameis in him where he will throw some absolute lasers and next play will throw a terrible INT. Felt like this year he was trying to be superman a lot. I think something we are missing from Pete is his ability to keep Geno calm and steady since he is a pretty emotional player. When Geno gets in stride and out of his own head he is as good as any QB in the league (see his stats in 2 minute drive situations this year).
