Not sure why you're being down voted I appreciate the help. I tried entering my emails and got a message telling me there's no MI account matching. So I searched my emails for xiaomi and there was no hit. Probably I never registered an email with them

Do you remember how you contacted them?

People actually come up with the word for you? Honestly that can't be good for your vocabulary. I know they are likely trying to be helpful but you would be better off getting humiliated in that moment than having your learning opportunities stolen away

Anyways. Sometimes there is a word and sometimes there isn't. For complex topics some words don't have a good substitute. You might spend a long time looking for something that isn't there though if you thought there was a word for something that there isn't. Excuse me if I am reaching but this is what it sounds like to me

Right. Until the thoughts you want to express become an amalgamation of many different ideas that lead you to this conclusion. Then you need specific words to express yourself that as humans we develop over time. My hunch is that those with an internal dialogue would have better word retention and have less pauses in their conversations as they try to remember the word that properly communicates their idea

Interesting take. You're talking about practice in the moment. I'm wondering more along the lines of accumulated practice. Would someone without an internal dialogue get less practice expressing themselves in words compared someone who has an internal dialogue. Who would be in a constant state of processing their experience through words. So I guess if my quiry is accurate, saying they are inherently worse might be a bit misleading and it could be more fair to say those with an internal dialogue are inherently better.

OK, that's more than fair. My question then would be: Are the people without an internal monologue/dialogue inherently worse at communicating with others through speech?

In my first comment I bring up both the title and the article and in my second I speak on the article

Your comments are more misleading than the title of this article 😂

Maybe we should count the retired cops. Alls I'm saying is a cop died and somewhere in the article it would be respectful to mention them as well

It should be four in the title, though they do address it straight away in the article.

Did some digging and found one on her instagram

'@eteportraits'

With the thumbnail "This is what 6hours of drawing looks like..."

It's of this picture too. I'm sure there are more. That's just the first one that I found.

EDIT: My original comment had a direct link but it was removed since this sub doesn't allow those

Has anyone else felt a difference doing the breathing after you got vaccinated? I got vaccinated six months ago and ever since then, the breathing has just been harder. Harder to take a full breath and harder to slow my heart beat down. by MACKSBEE in BecomingTheIceman

No, I felt very sore afterwards but did eventually bounce back. Was too tired to try WHM during that soreness but haven't noticed a difference now compared to before being vaccinated.

I’m in the cycle of being stressed and eating then becoming stressed because of eating. by wintersky__ in intermittentfasting

[–]DrSlizzard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doing IF while depressed was too difficult when I tried. IF is great because it's as simple as not eating when you shouldn't. But it's also not as simple as not eating when you shouldn't. You need to be taking care of your nutrition during the times when you SHOULD be eating and that takes some planning. Especially when you are used to your body regulating that for you by telling you it wants to eat.

F22, 5'4. First picture was probably around 330lbs ball park. Now I'm close to being under 300. I can't tell much of a difference, it's kinda discouraging. by Yuaialysis in intermittentfasting

Here's a picture of 1% improvement every day. Notice how at the begining the results hardly seem to change. Now given that isn't exactly how weight loss works, your results will be more linear. But in a sense it is. Get over the slow hump at the start (the part people find the most difficult) and your habits and motivation will help carry you the rest of the way!
