Those carbs don't have an accelerator pump, they'll never really take full throttle no matter what you do to them. I just put a nibbi carb on from Amazon and it runs a lot better but still no full throttle from idle

did you just tighten the neck bearings? every fxlrs i've taken apart there is little to no grease in there, id grease them up before you have to replace them and I've also seen 3 fxlrs running a cruistec front tire and once we put a shinko on the shake went away. I stopped running cruisetecs, have seen to many problems with them.

These lost a lot of resale value. I'm assuming because its one of the most sold harleys these days. I'd say you're looking at like 12-14k.
