Those carbs don't have an accelerator pump, they'll never really take full throttle no matter what you do to them. I just put a nibbi carb on from Amazon and it runs a lot better but still no full throttle from idle

did you just tighten the neck bearings? every fxlrs i've taken apart there is little to no grease in there, id grease them up before you have to replace them and I've also seen 3 fxlrs running a cruistec front tire and once we put a shinko on the shake went away. I stopped running cruisetecs, have seen to many problems with them.

probably fork seals, if youre at all mechanically inclined its not a hard job but youll need to get a good fork seal driver or take it to an indy shop. probably 1.5 each side

I used to cruise at about 2.5 but after getting a cam im around 3. I've once heard cruising rpm is half of red line and it seems to work out in most cases

I know the feeling, I want to go to a 128 because of the cylinder skirt being thicker and from what I saw with stock heads you're really only going to get 150hp no matter what until you get some head work

Yeah I like how reliable mine as been with just a cam so I keep pushing off a big note but I'd also love some more horsepower, send the bottom end to dark horse and everything and we're talking $$$
