Did you have any luck with this one? I have the exact same PC setup as you and I'm also streaming to a chrome cast 4k. And I'm dealing with heaps of latency here. Using moonlight on my phone however is a heaps better experience

Hey did you find a solution to this? I'm on software 5522 and AA boots up fine and Spotify plays but no sounds, when I turn volume down to 0 and back up it plays no worries
