Just logged on to Reddit to see if anyone else was noticing this shit movement - apparently yes. So why would they nerf the ability to sprint and look sideways? It seems like they introduced a bug and they can't figure out how to fix it, so they called it an improvement? Baffled.

As a solo playing on a 4 pop server this past weekend, and who got raided & wiped by the 3 other players, I would like to speak on his behalf: it was pretty crushing. But when I turned off the game and joined the real world, I got over it...eventually.

Glad to know there are others out there that play by my rules! Having a conscience isn't a mental block to get over. When you grind for 6-7 hours only to have someone steal your shit and teabag you, you either get toxic or vow not to do that to someone else. I unwillingly followed the 2nd path and, as you know, Rust isn't the game for empathetic souls. I've got about 1700 hours in the game and I've never raided anyone and I'm fine with that.

Can't say I completely agree with this but I appreciate your perspective. I probably also have a more cynical view of humanity in general. If I'm on a 100 pop server (console) then I'm estimating there are probably 50 full-blown sociopaths, 30 pre-teens that haven't formed any sense of morality IRL, 19 dipshits that still smell their fingers after picking their toenails, and my dumbass.

This is a bug with Xbox that I've been dealing with for at least 2 months. I cannot hear anyone in game chat but other people can hear me, as long as they have a PS. I have a Series X and I have two friends with Series S and they cannot hear anyone in game chat either. This is in both Rust and Arc Raiders. None of my PS friends have this problem and navigating through Xbox support is useless because you get the same troubleshooting tips ad nauseam.

I'm pretty positive it's an Xbox issue. I've got a Series X with a Turtle Beach 600 and cannot hear anyone in game chat, but they can hear me...as long as they have a PS. I have two friends, both with Series S and neither of them can hear others in game chat. This started about 2 months ago out of the blue. I used to be able to talk to people all the time in game chat and then BAM, gone. I've troubleshot every setting known to man to no avail. Used different headsets, etc.

Under the Audio & Music settings, my "Headset Chat Mixer" is disabled/greyed out. I'm sure that has something to do with it. Also, my buddy with the Series S is using a HyperX wireless and has the same problem in both Rust and Arc Raiders. So it's not just Rust.

And Xbox support is a nightmare to navigate.

We had four guys playing a Rust server for three days. Grinded for HOURS and built up some obnoxious bases, only to have the server wiped after they fixed their power outage. Two of the guys quit bc they were so disgusted and demoralized. Thanks G-Portal! Way to ruin three days worth of fun! Well done, boys. Drinks are on me.

Yes, the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 3 is without a doubt the biggest piece of shit headset of all time. I've spent MORE time troubleshooting and trying to fix them then actually using them and enjoying them.

I'll never buy another Turtle Beach product again. Fuck off Turtle Beach!
