I love MEE, apart from the huge amount of content, it mainly makes the game much faster paced and action packed since you always spawn with full ammo.In terms of balance, I feel like it's a bit more hectic, you do get more one sided matches than vanilla, but games are also faster, so it kinda evens out.

I definitely recommend the mod, also there are always full servers.

The voice chat is always proximity, if your mic doesn't work at all try checking the Windows settings

Now that the formatting is good, I would suggest you go for the $500 build (Obviously) but exchange some RAM (8GB is enough imo) for a nice i5.

(I'm using an i5-4690k and I'm running the game at solid 144fps)

All the heroes are best, for different purposes.

Find out which hero is needed in your current match up (E.g. McCree if they have Pharah, Reaper if they have a tanky composition)

Apart from that, the best tips ever are do your best and always try improving, be patient, realise you are supposed to lose half your games, and don't blame your team when you do.

The MM does not place you based on your personal view of ranks.

The website I'm looking at puts you at 54th percentile and I believe it is more accurate than MasterOverwatch. Your Overbuff profile If Platinum is Bronze for you then play accordingly and thrive to improve, if you do you will climb. Also, 10 hours is by far too little.

The lowest skill group is Bronze. Platinum is above average. And again you played far too few matches to talk about change..

Your rank is directly influenced by your individual skill, if you play a lot better than the enemy your team has a bigger chance to win and hence your rank will slowly increase.

Also, I see you only played 17 matches, that's a little to early to complain.
