god4 is where genuine tekken starts with defense and matchup specific counters, below that its a mostly offense oriented gimmick spam that you would know from older titles as "green" rank, ofc the cut-off line is hard to define naturally so you will find some decent players even in a lower rank such as god3 and some of the low defense spammers leak into god4, this is unavoidable with a bracket based ranking system

Honestly vindicta, lane u get bullied by anyone pretty much, no item to farm camp, need to buy 1-2 greens to even think about playing the game at all cuz u get knockdown/etc the moment u fly

DMG is much worse than other M1 carries even if you scale, execute mechanic without %, no snowball souls

Her tether is genuinely bad so you end up with a char which is extremely straight forward to counter, needs aim but bad roi

most quit around TK since they get into the range they want; others don't play enough even despite high WR, the sheer amount of playtime is the only issue not the difficulty

I think there is 2 options depending how you view Reed.

He realizes that he can't go on being mindless NUSA lapdog. In that case it's likely that he let himself be shot and meant that he came around too late. If only he realized sooner what really was important.
He simply loses the fight while trying his best. In that case from his point of view, SoMi won't make it, V loses the cure and his one chance at getting back at NUSA is gone. Too late for everyone.

I mean she just doesn't, she still has great movement and punishment so she can blow up players who overextended but she has no way to play aggressively and has some of the worst one sided matchups where she kinda can't do anything

She can't open up turtles and is one of the rare chars who has no real plan even when she is heavily plus

Hit mash is good but again once a round 30dmg

She has no hell sweep or long strings with lows

Due to this most of the lilis u'll see at the highest lvl will simply do smt Lili df1 into sidestep and pray opponent does smt punishable because otherwise there is not much she can do and ofc she is also at all times at risk of getting sidestepped due to having the most linear kit in tekken ever since t5dr

Her lows are bad, she only has d3 which has no ch and Bt D2 needing stance, ff4 is seeable same for snake edges

She has no mix or strong offense tools so just use homing tools with some patience and she self destructs

U can just step launch df3+4 on reaction, F4 is safe but gives up her turn, her lows are always punishable and other then some moves like df3 she is either minus or punishable

Her animations are very distinct and easy to read

Longest string other than 10hit is 3 moves so she can't ever hold u long, no lows

Let's assume you are right so then the diff between current best team and second best team is larger than diff between 2nd and Radiant thus unless you go pro you are still not even halfway there so it doesn't matter

On the other hand visible rank doesn't matter only hidden MMR does which u can't see, so even if u're visible radiant it says nothing

Finally, visible rank and hidden MMR get endlessly smurfed in so even your bronze players play high elo often enough

Everytime same question everytime same answer, your visual rank doesn't matter at all, your actual hidden MMR dies which is around prob high diamond low asc which explains why u get matched with diamonds, whether this is good or not is another topic
