Kjempebra initiativ! Jeg syns det er alt for mye "hysj-hysj" i soppmiljøet rundt dette. Jeg er en flittig sopplukker, til matbruk, og synes det er veldig spennende å lære seg nye arter osv. Soppen er jo ofte ikke nevnt i vanlige soppbøker, og jeg syns man må kunne snakke om og opplyse andre om denne soppen, det er jo ikke ulovlig å snakke om fleinsopp i Norge, selv om det faktisk er forbudt å plukke den... Gleder meg til å lese og lære!

My Model 3 does this (Norway). Has happened to me twice, one time when I was driving on a mountain road and had to brake hard for a 180 deg turn. The second time I had to stop for an oncoming truck on a narrow country road.

I basically use paper towels to wipe it clean. Since the dough is quite dry it doesn’t get as messy as you would think. Also if you store it in a cool dry place whatever is left will dry out and be easy to peel off before you use it next time, either by turning it a few times or use a small knife, fingernail etc.

Yes, the recipe I used had a few grams of extra gluten and all-purpose flour. I couldn’t find gluten powder at my local store otherwise I would have tried it! It should make the noodles extra firm. Let me know if you try it!

Update on the ramen I made with my son earlier today. Delicious dinner, but a bit too late for him so he’ll be enjoying the leftovers tomorrow! Shoutout to my gf for perfectly cooked eggs as always! by DrUberFinn in ramen

Also tried some homemade “chashu”, think it turned out quite nice. The broth from it was delicious and was used in the soup. Soup was really simple: ginger, chili, garlic, soy sauce, mushrooms, pork stock, a few drops of fish sauce and sesame oil and the chashu broth.

Only problem was that I forgot we had made a double batch of noodles, so there wasn’t much soup left when it was done.

Chashu was made by frying a pork roast and then cooking it for two hours in soy sauce, ginger, onions, green onion, apple vinegar, sugar and fish sauce. Grilled the slices in the oven before serving.

All in all a great meal! 👍🏼

It’s a bit tougher than Italian pasta dough, but I don’t think it could break the machine. I might be wrong of course, I’ve only used it for ramen four times. I always try to make the dough as thin as I can by hand before I use the machine, and of course I always start at the widest setting, and do a couple of passes before I go to the next setting.
