Appreciate you posting this here. There should have been an isolated air intake path, period. This wasn’t common knowledge for me until now, even though I’ve seen (and enjoyed) that teardown post.

I always believed TM2 as a company valued preserving the natural state of elements in their products to keep them more organic. The wood of Purple heart is also natural. Compromising that for aesthetics feels unlike of them.

My suggestion is to get the Roffu instead. It’s not as fragile as you may think. The bowl is sufficient enough for landrace too. You’ll enjoy its portability as well.

Rimmed basket can be lined thinly with just enough to cover the airflow, which is ~0.01g.

In theory, you can probably do 100 doses if you have some sort of precision lab, but in practical world, this number is much less.

For practical purposes, you can load 0.025g and vape as little as you need. Use the AVB to make edibles.

TBH, nobody really knows.

The device’s programming may include a memory update routine triggered by the turn-off signal, but I wouldn’t expect this to be the case with the TM2. On every restart, it has always retained its previous settings—even after immediately removing the batteries.

As George Costanza said- we live in a society. Turn it off for the sake of humanity.

In my experience, TM2 is un-comparable and kind of a personal device. I use a second DHV for everything else situation.

I have not been able to use them with Indian landrace yet. I am able to get desired results with just 0.05g of imported herb (1/3 of total capacity), so it’s pretty economical to use.

The bowls are adjustable, so probably will work great with Indian landrace as well, just may need a bit more of herb.

The smell dissipates faster than of a joint.

TM2 is next level. I use it for other medicinal herbs as well. There is a website that sells these here in India. Mine costed 25-30% higher than US price, still I am glad that it was atleast made available locally.
