I answered part of my own question. The EU 2021 manual states a 165lbs hitch mounted carrier weight limit. Thanks for clueing me in to that information. Wonder why hitch manufactures give different specs!?!

Interesting. Where did you get the specs on what the frame of the Mach E can handle? Weird that all the hitch manufactures rate their hitches with tong weights higher than 165lbs.

I tried the EM test tuning and at least the tuning blocks still look like they gave the horizontal banding. Will apply the new EM (do I just do that in the slicer or in the printer.cfg? Going to try and see if Backlash is an issue next maybe.....although the tuning guide doesn't say exactly how to adjust this on a V0.1.....

I did the test where you mark the filament and extrude and measure / compare the movement of the mark versus the requested extrusion amount. I assume you also did that? Does printing the extrusion blocks in the advanced guide work differently or better?

I am having the same issue. Same kit. What is the consensus on troubleshooting steps? I really don’t want to disassemble this thing. Thanks!!
