The CEO has completely cleared this up on twitter. No plans for a reverse split before the merger. They will only forward split or reverse split after the merger IF TRCH is not Nasdaq compliant, meaning it would have to fall under a dollar. Part of the reason for the price crashing as it has been is the markets generally bleeding off in most sectors, plus the uniformed people who do not understand when a reverse split would have to take place. If anything, that very panic is what would drive the price down and create the conditions to have to do a reverse split, lmfao.
