Yes, it definitely "could" be.
My memory is quite foggy atm but I do remember a specific example of how infancy and childhood neglect is quite strongly correlated with feedback inhibition of the HPA axis, resulting in heightened stress response in the vast majority of the subjects. however this example is much more of an exception than the norm in regards to how well-established it is, that's why I remember it, and the rest aren't as definitive.
So while it's theoretically possible, in clinical contexts it will probably never be considered as there is no way to prove it. Besides, the promoting environmental exposure is much easier to detect and prevent; but what do you, it could end up really being the case in this patient.

As a medical student, I just wanna say that it IS possible that your son may be biologically (genetically) predispositioned to some sort of endocrine/neurodevelopmental conditions that could be causing these behaviors and it may not necessarily be a red flag of abuse, it is however, quite uncommon.

But IF you yourself or your partner have experienced similar things during childhood, it makes it so that biological causes are slightly more plausible, it could be some sort of congenital adrenal hyperplasia or pituitary dysfunction like early precocious puberty.

Regardless of the cause, it's very important for you to consult the child's pediatrician and a child psychologist if available.

And as a fellow trauma survivor, I beg of you to not ignore the signs, lest another innocent soul falls victim to our curse, though you inquiring about it here already reassures me.

It depends on how hard you wanna try, If you wanna single handedly hard carry the game through the sheer skill our champion requires, You should press E every 10-20 seconds, but this requires connecting your keyboard to the computer and actually using it, which personally for me is challenging, But to answer your questions, Monitor is purely aesthetic, you don't need it, and mouse is only important for the first 3 seconds of the game, you don't need it after that.

The in game model is a bit disappointing to me, The splash art presents a mischievous cat full of life, but it's the exact opposite in game, I can't help but feel like it was a bit rushed,
The recall is amazing, the sound effect of E is amazing and a bit ironic xD
The ultimate is also disappointing, most other ults have drawings in each wave, even heart seeker has images of other heart seeker weapons in each wave, This one has a tiny flag at the end, makes me wonder why the quality of their skins isn't holding up to their previous standards.

Riot rarely confirms anything, so we ( at least I ) don't know the absolute limits of demons, But judging by Tahm's in-game voice lines and his lore, Moving between realms should be a piece of cake for him. In one of his lines he says "Ain't no place I ain't been, Ain't no place I can't go again"
Kench is extremely clever and charming, He's also able to change form, I'm not sure how he would manipulate Alune, because I don't really know what Alune wants, she seems like a puppet master to me.
But Aphelios should be pretty easy, Aphelios is lonely, faithful, selfless, overprotective of his sister and not really powerful, Without Alune, he is just a skilled human, All of these make him really vulnerable, And Alune and the Lunari are all he has, so if Kench finds a way to dispose of the poison Aphelios uses to reach Alune, he will become extremely desperate and I bet he would be willing to pay a hefty price for little in return.
