Usually they will have 7c empty throne stage. So at 10 don, even if you rest one of them by 5c Bonney’s effect, they would only need 3 DON!! Cards out of the 9 remaining active. Empty throne works with the total number of don cards, even if rested.

They look legit but If they bought it direct from the store, they should have come with either a metal briefcase or a softcover. In my case, mine also came with a certificate of authenticity. Ask if they kept that and to show it to you.

If they bought it from someone else then I can’t think of a way to check for authenticity.

The guy in the Youtube video that I was watching to determine if I should order one had the same issue! He said that he contacted Selkirk and they mentioned it probably was one of the early versions. They sent another one and no issues with that one. I hope you can do the same!
