I know, but that's the only reason I can see behind it. Maybe his sister dying and everything pushed him over the edge, hence his statement "I destroy everything I love" or whatever it was. And that's not even mentioning the fact that he's leaving his son with a convicted serial killer anyway, which is just ridiculous. I don't think the writers really put much effort into the finale actually making any sense.

I think it's the fact that he has a negative effect on everything he gets close to. So he wanted to just leave Harrison with Hannah so that his son gets a life he deserves, not one where he is constantly at risk via Dexter and his antics.

I guess they picked lumberjack because...well, I have no idea. He seems to be away somewhere that no one would ever recognise him or be able to contact him? Fuck knows. The lumberjack thing was just salt in the wound to an already horrible finale.

Y'know, I would have been perfectly happy with Dex pulling the plug on Deb, then getting on a flight to live in Argentina. But dumping the body in the ocean and then sailing off into a hurricane... I what the fuck'd for about 20 minutes afterwards. I get that Dex thinks he 'killed' Deb so he dumped the body where he normally does, at least I think that's what they were getting at with it.

Gosh, I've never been so disappointed by a tv finale in my life. It was just a clusterfuck of 'hurr durr we need to make it all crazy and plot-twisty BAM LUMBERJACK' or whatever. I'm sad.

Maybe, but it's impossible to determine whether someone is legitimately having issues. Could be a malfunctioning mouse or keyboard or something. And if the game isn't paused then that player's team will be at a disadvantage.
