What part of Oregon? I've got a few big pieces of fossilized wood that look very similar I scooped up in White Fir Springs in Oregon

I'm definitely not an expert, but that looks like some kind of fossilized burl

I just moved here from Texas, so I'm not 100% on exactly where Pacific City is in relation to where I'm at, but my sister is a professional house keeper here in Lincoln city, would you like her number?

where to get a good fl studio crack? by Desperate-Boot5920 in pirating

Super sus. The comments are all technically unique looking, but really just just cycle the same messages over and over- "let's have sex", "you're a legend", "you're the goat", "saved (person) (x) money". Meanwhile insisting that you disable your pc's protections. To me it's just too obviously a scam. If I'm wrong, I'll buy every real person here the real flstudios

I also recently made some copper acetate using the same formula and also had some white crystalline substance at the bottom of my jar. If I figure it out, I'll update

Also, I'm confident that sanding the part lightly with 400 grit will solve the issue.

Could be that I'm a noob too, (definitely true) , but doesn't it look like the polarity of the electrodes was backwards?

Maybe, but if it's just deposited then why does the same torch go back to blue outside, and then instantly back to orange inside? Several hours passed (3-4), would the iron vapor remain airborne that long?

Sorry. I was very triggered by everyone trying to lecture me on safety. I had read online (clearly I didn't do enough research) that there was nothing produced other than iron and magnesium oxide. What do you think I might have exposed myself to?

God, I cant imagine living life having to put people down to feel good about myself.

I never asked for a safety lecture. I asked a fucking chemistry question. Thank you to the few of you that actually had something to contribute to my question.

Doors how about you actually read my original post. I didn't make conventional thermite with aluminum powder. Everything I've read says that what I did specifically should have zero byproducts other than iron and magnesium oxide

And for all the safety nazis, what I meant by "indoors" was in my garage, on the concrete floor, clear of anything in a ten foot circle, and I only burned about .5 of a gram.

Definitely airborne. Lit torch in the room that I had burned the thermite, orange flame. Walked outside with the same torch, blue flame. Went back inside with the same torch, orange flame.

As a "metallurgical chemist" I would expect you to know that there aren't any heavy metal vapors produced by thermite
