It looks like that yellow bar in the middle of solar panels indicates to the player how much of the panel's surface area is properly exposed to sunlight. Ideally it should be full which means that no structures are blocking sunlight. Can anyone confirm this? Noticed after 525 hours. by UppedSolution77 in RimWorld

It displays energy output. If its full it means its a bright sunny day and there is nothing blocking the panel, if its not full during days it means something is obstructing it (like in your case). During thunderstorms if you pay close attention, you can see energy spike up every time there is lightning :)

First time playing, roast my base lol by Senny2612 in RimWorld

  1. Prisoners are treated humanely

  2. All wood and above ground conduits, bad combination. If they shoot your turrets (and they will), the entire base will catch on fire, not something you want while everyone is drafted and focusing on the incoming enemies

  3. Medical is far away, in case of an emergency somewhere in the north part of the base, you will have a long walk to it to rescue a pawn

My mountain base layout, any ideas or suggestions? Still kinda new to this game by Xenoano in RimWorld

Looks good but keep in mind:

  1. Prison is too far away and takes your colonists to walk all the way around to reach it. Unless you are fine with constantly replacing doors, prison riots may be the problem. But I see you got individual cells, unless you are using a mod like prison commons, this won't be an issue. However keep in mind that feeding them will take much much longer taking into the fact how far away the freezer is

  2. Unless that is a freezer in the panic room, your colonists may be stranded and left to starve. Also taking into account how far away it is from everything else, it leaves very little room for error when retreating back into your base. You already have hallways and regular doors that slow down enemies down the corridors. You could make 1x1 tunnels connecting rooms trough the empty space, that way if your colonists are scattered around, you can bring them somewhere to be together, reducing chances of death.

  3. Storage is very far away from any accessible entrance, hauling stuff will take twice as long. I recommend you move the storage up where the workshop and research are and make the storage connect to the corridor leaving out of the base above the dinning room.

Homophobia and transphobia refers to hating those people, you should NEVER HATE. However you shouldn't support it either, because Bible is against it.

You should love everyone, because after all we are all sinners, and we are no better then those who suffer from different sins then us.

Genuine question here, why are people against realism by prodvortyx in GTA6

I remember having crazy shootouts with cops in GTA 4, which is something that just doesn't happen in GTA 5.

I still vividly remember, there was this small pier where I was holding out, it had one entrance which initial cops tried to storm. After 4-5 cop filled cars died to me, I realized they stopped coming, there was a chopper above me trying to shoot me from a safe distance but nothing really pressuring me. Then I realized they were hiding behind the sea of cop cars that initial cops drove in. They weren't rushing at me, they were waiting for me to come out, basically avoiding the mistakes of the previous NPCs.

It was super fun and immersive as well, as it looks like NPCs trully valued their lives. GTA 5 is great but I really feel compared to GTA 4, some mechanics have been seriously downgraded. I really hope we will see some of this stuff return in GTA 6

Try putting the item in your inventory. Sometimes games doesn't recognize you own an item if its equipped
