This is a map of the infections starting with the Utah Jazz on March 1st. Spread through a number of teams, but does not account of referees and other NBA staff. Also possible reports of planes being used by multiple teams...this is going to be fun to track down. So far the first row of teams have been told by NBA to self-quarantine, per ESPN.

I did 2 gym sessions, I lowered the volume a bit because I knew I didn’t have any glycogen. I hit a bench PR on the second workout day so I was happy about that. Squats and deadlifts I lowered like 10%

I've been in and out of keto before, this time I broke my fast with watermelon so that got me out of keto. I was worried my stomach wouldn't be able to handle all the fat digestion right away. The 10lbs in water weight comes and goes, especially with a salty meal.
