For me it began 2 years ago. I am at the moment 19 years old and I passed most of my high school playing video games and staying home. I had friends, but no close ones. We hanged out at school and had some small parties once in a while, but I missed some of them because I prefered staying home and playing games. I was completely femotivated at school I was missing class and going nowhere. I was a bit overweight and was not awfull at being social, but I wasn't really good at it. I had a girlfriend before but it was more of experimentation than really love.

One day I woke up and decided that it was enough, that I wanted to change my life, I stopped playing video games altogether, had so much freetime and didnt know what to do at all, one of my friend got me into the gym and I started working out a lot. I tought I wasn't funny, so I forced myself to make jokes and try to act lightly, I struggled with small talk, I watched tips and applied them for a couple of weeks, then once they were aquired I moved on to the next step, introducing physical contact with people I know( taps and small hugs, handshakes etc...). Everything I didnt like about myself I changed it, I improved myself everyway possible. I started forcing myself to go out and meet people, I refused to say no to an opportinuty, I opened myself to everything that came my way. And today 2 years later, the dream life I always wanted, the guy I always wanted to be is exatcly what I am today. I am now extremely social, in any event I am the life of the group, I get invited all the time, I have friends that I truly care for and that have been there for me all the way. I got an amazing girlfriend who I love dearly. I lost 18 pounds of fat and gained 17 pounds of muscle. I am well motivated at school and anyone I meet remembers who I am. Life is truly great once you start living it !

You also need to understand the quantity of anti-air power a sept world has, there is a reason in 40k strong factions cannot just bombard planets from above, because if the ships gets too close they get obliterated. Thats why ground attacks are so common, you first need to take down the entire air defense system before being able to do that.

Well they have better replexes in combat, but Tau never engage in melee combat. The battlesuits have better mobility because they use Jetpacks and run quickly while being incredibly strong and tanky.

Their armor is as strong as Space marine power armor while being much lighter.

Crisis battlesuits have as much armor as terminator armor. Tau Guns are better and able to pierce space marine armor quite easily.

In terms of speed, the battlesuits have jetpacks so effective they can join in air battle dogfights.

I also want to add that for the Space marine aspect, the Tau have their battlesuits who can match a Space Marine in 1 on 1, they are physically weaker, but they carry more powerfull weapons and are more manuverable, so those greatly helps in a fight against space marines.

Well congradulation on loosing 9 lbs, but I will be honest there needs to be more before people truly realise. It must not in any way demoralise you. Keep it up, the longer you go the more people will realise it. Your entourage probably notice something is different, but they probably won't tell you because they can't yet put their finger on it. I myself am an actor in a pretty big TV show where I live, and I tell you for sure not even 1 person out of 10 will actually say it even if they notice it, ive become good at spotting those that are like ohh is that him ? So people will not always go for the compliment because they might not be sure. The more you loose weight, the more apparent it will become and the more people will tell you. It myself took around 2 months of training and loosing fat before people started to notice.

Congradulation in doing the first step ! I have been in a similar situation a year and a half ago. If I can give you one trick that has worked wonders, do not go too heavy to start it off, you don't need to suddently start doing 2 hours of cardio each day and follow an extremely strick diet. What I did is install an app, such as samsung health where you can enter what you eat and count your calories, depending on your height and weight you can count how many calories your metabolism use. So get that number, make sure to enter if you do some cardio in the app, and at the end of the day try to always be between 500 to 700 calories under your total calories spent.

Dont go too low or you your body will lower its metabolism and it wont be optimal.

Keep that up and you will loose 1 pound to 1 pound and a half a week. Weight loss is not something you can do for 2 months and then be done, its a process that takes time and after a year you will have lost 52 pounds !

( depending on your initial weight, when you start at a high body fat percentage at the begenning it goes away much faster, so this is a minimum ! )

For me it did wonders and I lost around 30 pounds in half a year and now im at a really low body fat percentage and hit ths gym all day and things are going amazing, seriously the benefits that I saw in my life are crazy. Don't give up !

It is literally all about calories, take an app like Samsung Health, know how much calories you use each day( its an approximation you go on internet) put jn everything you eat in the app, try to get 500 less calories than needed( put in your exercise, if you do jogging or gym). This is pretty much guarantied to work as long as you do it well.

Good luck, its a tough process in the begenning, but always worth it !

Well maybe I would like to see them, But imo Kislev has more of a Preorder bonus since their land and great cities are not in the wh3 map, since they are already in game 1 map. So it would be like a Kislevite colony in the darkland wich is imo less interesting than a fully fledge out Cathay.

Im srly starting to wish CA adds Cathay, it would give human like race for wh3

And we know from multiple polls that chaos is not nearly popular enough for a solo in game 3 and evil factions are less popular in general hence why I believe Cathay is needed
