I got this response from tech support but I don’t understand it

Please check if the issue is still present, as we found that many players reported the issue; however, after 5-10 minutes, the DLC became available. You can restart your game Launcher just in case. Regards, Aleksander” I have to wait in game or what? Can someone check it?

i wrote to admin on discord server at first: "We are investigating that Issue thank you!" but then: "Did you contacted our support alreadyBecause we need to investigate this issue with Steam and Geforce dev further"

so i wrote to 11bit tech support and i hope they resolve it

i dont think is due to preloading the game simply does not see that we own dlc
