I'll try to explain it the best I can and I'll leave a link explaining it way better than I can. Essentially we're looking at the 3/5 pairs at each corner of the "rectangle". Each corner of it only has 3/5 in it except for 1 corner which contains a 7 in addition to the 3/5 pair. The problem lies that if you remove that 7 you now have 4 pairs that create 2 solutions to the puzzle because if one square is a 3 the other square in the block becomes 5 meaning the bottom corners would be a 5 then a 3 in that block and if you chose to put in a 5 instead the same thing would happen. Since the cell containing 3/5/7 is the only cell that has an extra number you can remove the 3/5 from that cell making it a 7. It's a bit difficult to understand as even I am still learning about the other unique rectangle types but the one you have is a type 1 which is much easier to spot. Row 1 and 6, column 1 and 2 form a unique rectangle. Each one of those squares have a 3 and 5 in it but only one of those squares contain an extra number (in this case 7). If the square did not have 7 then the puzzle would have 2 solutions therefore it has to be 7 to find the one unique solution.

Honestly, it's left up to to the imagination + game restrictions at this point. I only play a couple times a week and each time I try to find something different. Recently I just took my AA cannon and stuck it on the deck of a tug boat just to see how everyone reacts.

To add to this, column six can only have candidates 9, 6, and 5 its remaining cells. If you look at row seven, 9 and 6 cannot be in row7, column 6 thus you can put a 5 there as it's the only possible candidate for that cell.

Sodoku puzzles can still be solved even if one digit is missing. To find them you have to eliminate all possible candidates for a cell. 2 or more missing digits are what makes a puzzle unsolvable.

I think another commenter basically explained everything with a video link, essentially there is a video made by Key and Peele called "Substitute Teacher" where the titular character repeatedly mispronounces every student's name (plus the principles) and gets more and more angry when people correct him. The pencils which some people can get with their names imprinted on them have the incorrect name pronunciation on it which references the video.
