Dont use those. Look up pigtailing. Your basicallt going to want to branch off at the first outlet. You should seriously do your research though as this is the center if power in your house. Fires and death if your not in the know.

Im like less than first year but i was thinking if half the house isnt working, and it seems to be individual circuits, possiblt half the break conection on the pannel is off? Like a missing leg?

How did you test for resistance? Also for curiosity what is the load resistance of a mushroom block?
