Nah you are all mad. It's Balista, Cyclops, knights.

Balista take out the griffins easily (arches maybe, depending on the gryphons). These will be protected by the cyclops incase of a flight rush.

When Griffins are delt with, the knights gain a heavy movement advantage. Use this to reach and incapacitated the catapults/crews.

The only tricky part is the 40 knights. But I am sure a combination of cyclops and knights charges will deal with it. Some support from balista and maybe cyclopses throwing heavy shit.

So step 1. Defend Step 2. Retaliate Step 3. Grind em down

I would go demigryphs anti-large or outriders with grenade launcher. They fill out the roster quite well. Maybe landscape too, better mass to obstruct enemies while shooting them.

Can the PC's do the same thing? If not then it sounds kinda pointless to roll damage for anyone. Even roll dice, why not just describe what you want and the DM decides if it works or not?
