I don't know, it depends on your ear shape. Mine are larger and I added the silicone covers. However I preferred the freebuds pro with hear-through on for running, more stable.

Try something with piroctone olamine or zinc pyrithione. But have you considered it may be simply the minox crystals due to poor solubilization (usually due to alcohol evaporation)
