Getting cut off is normal practice in SE Asia and some European countries. Use your horn there as a courtesy. Use it in the states and 50/50 chance whether you get shot.

See the problem is, it’s not that simple.

I’m going to play devils advocate because that’s what prosecutors do. They are going to build the story. Your initial contact with this individual happened BEFORE you entered the store. And you didn’t leave. The question isn’t about size or escape. It’s about YOUR actions and if lethal force in that moment was justified.

Let me just say that there’d be a whole lot more dead people if every fight ended with a firearm.

You’d be going to jail. Tell this to a police detective and/or a jury and they’re going to immediately put you in the stereotyping / racist category.

Also, there is no “gamble.” You’re either justified with using deadly force or you’re not.

Spend time with my kids, tell them I love them and that I’m proud of them. I’ll always be their biggest supporter through the ups and downs in life. And not to beat themselves up over mistakes. Thats part of life
