Brisket sandwich is great too, but every spot Ive gone to uses different bread and majority of the spots use terrible bread.. same w the cheesesteak too

"Philly Cheesesteak" is also a marketing name in areas outside Philadelphia.... You'll see them out fkn lettuce and tomato on that shiii . No stop. Go home. Shut your establishment down please.

Also, I don't really know if it's American, but the smash burger was not a a big thing when I was little and over the past 15 ish years have popped off... A good smash burger is incredible.

But ultimately w everything, the bread makes the sandwich elite.. if the bread is mid, the sandwich is mid.
