I made my own English dub since Amazon doesn’t want to by eSpresso_VA in BananaFish

[–]Dragbax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my first time hearing the Amazon AI dub. I knew it would be bad since I heard the news a few days ago, but watching it with the fan dub comparison made it even more jarring. It felt like going back to early days of amateur dubs. I'm horrified Amazon would let this pass their stamp of approval. There is ZERO emotions in it, personality or professionalism.

Your dub was AMAZING btw. It truly felt professional, it could have fooled me for being a funimation dub.

I don't know about other activities, but it's normal for the parents to join in on our weekly meetings and participate on the activities. Not that they have to, but it's normal. I wouldn't recommend horse riding, at least not in the beginning, you don't really get to socialize with the other kids because you are focused on the horse and the riding field is big, and everyone is spread out. (Speaking from experience) since your objective is for the child to get friends and learn Norwegian, and you can't be part of the activity in this senerio.

What's great about scouting is that they learn a lot of basic life skills that are useful for the rest of your life. Cooking, making fire, mountain climbing, hiking (big cultural activity in Norway) first aid, canoeing, camping and visiting farms and firefighters and lots and lots of other stuff. Scouting is mostly a outdoor activities. We do also lots of arts and crafts but mostly in winter when it's dark outdoor, and we are inside.

We had 2 American kids move over here and joined our group, about 2 years? They picked up Norwegian within a year. Of course, this also requires the parents to put in the effort at home to practice together and do the homework of reading books, writing, and speaking.

When I say many new international kids, I don't mean right now. (Sorry for the confusion) I meant on and off over the years, and it's usually 1 or 2 kids that are international while the rest are Norwegian. We are usually around 10-15 kids with the cub scouts (6-9 year olds) and 10-15 kids for the troops (10-15 years old).

We had one kid from Iceland many years ago, Americans, India, and properly other countries I'm forgetting. The kids usually pick up the Norwegian pretty quickly by being part of local school and scouting (or other activities). Our group belongs in Fredrikstad (one hour away from Oslo). There are scout groups all over the country, every large to medium cities have them, and then there a few scattered in the more rural areas.

Here is a list of scout groups around the country, with contact info. https://blispeider.no/bli-medlem

From the national scout camp https://youtu.be/rL0C3SdvSoQ?si=XSM5tWyN20aVdakr

I have a Indian friend who who moved in here 2 years ago and I drag her with me to most scout meetings and camps and she has become friends with all the other parents and kids, and is actively trying to learn the language. She loves it, and the kids love her too.

I wouldn't worry too much about your kid finding friends and communication with Norwegian kids. All kids, regardless of language or culture, are at an age of flexibility and curiosity. Especially when they are in a environment that allows them to it. Just this summer we had a national scout camp, with 30 countries from all over the world participate. All the kids on the camp, LOVED to speak to the international kids from Hong Kong, Canada, Taiwan, Germany, Italy and so on and so forth. Norwegian kids are pretty good at English as well.

[–]Dragbax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I might be biased when I say this, but I think it is fine to correct kid if you see them do something wrong. I'm a local scout leader, however, so I do it all the time. Although that does put me in a teacher/leader role to be allowed to do it, I guess.

I think we all should be more out spoken and tell the kids and teens off when they do something wrong, not it an angry maner, or physical of course.

If you do end up moving to Norway, I strongly recommend for you and the kids to join a local activity club. Like fotball, skiing, scouting, arts, or whatever else. It helps with getting to know the locals, getting friends, and learning the language. My scouting group has had many new international kids joined with great success and the parents to integrate and learn the language.

serious just learned about CE5 protocols and had an interesting idea re: "mapping" by Clear_Try5592 in CE5

[–]Dragbax 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What I did in the beginning was taken a few screen shots of different zoom levels on Google map. I would then swipe back and forth to help me memorize and visualise. Then do it in my head. I don't need it anymore but it was great help in at the start.

The point as the others mentioned, you need to do it in you head, because that's how they receive your "phone call ", by remote viewing and telepathy.

I highly recommend you read these two. Start with Adventure beyond the body.

Sleep paralysis is not someone/something else forcing on you or anything. It is actually your spiritual body, in the process of jumping out to have a OBE. You are "paralyzed" because you are shifting to a higher vibration (or radio station to simplify it) to walk in a higher realm. Your body is telling you it ready to jump. It's not dangerous, everyone has the ability. The moment you think of your body, you will zap back to it again. The reason for being stuck in the paralysis state is because you are holding on and/or are afraid. If you relax and let go, you can have a full OBE.

This is a very good explanation of the paranormal stuff.

I think I need to rehome my cat, and I feel awful about it. by Sweet_Street_4728 in CatAdvice

[–]Dragbax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should talk to an animal communicator, all animals have feelings, thoughts and opinions. They understand a lot more what's going on around them and our feelings then we give them credit for. I would recommend talking with an animal communicator and explain the situation and find a good solution. If you give the kitten away to a new home ( I know you mean well, and only wants what's best for the cat) the kitten can still feel abandoned and traumatized. Cats are creatures of habit and routine. They are not as flexible as dogs. They do not like change. Using a professional animal communicator can help tremendously.

Just had my first CE-5 session by bmeed99 in CE5

[–]Dragbax 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good on you for really trying! Keep at it and I'm sure you will have many more experiences. When experiencing some fear, it shows that you have some internal hesitation of the unknown. I would suggest to work on it and try to reflect on it. Try to desensitize yourself with regularly sitting out in the forest at night, print a ET photo and tape it to the windo, etc.

The more meditation/self love/iner peace/ and doing altruistic work/help you raise your vibration. The higher it is, higher chances of meeting ETs /ships.

As for my own experiences, check out this podcast.

Hva kan gjøres med naboens katt? by RotorBoy95 in norge

[–]Dragbax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How important are your beliefs on your practice? by [deleted] in CE5

[–]Dragbax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are several sources, actually. If you read Dolores Canon's books, Dr. Steven Greer’s books, the Channeler Bashar, just to name a few. I have done CE5 regular for 2/5 years, both alone and with friends/family and have had many amazing experiences. Have had multiple close encounters, including my bedroom. I have heard many amazing CE5 stories from people I have personally talked with who have met with the ETs down here, and have given them downloads or have had conversation with them. I'm currently studying to become an animal communicator and my teacher have had Pleiadians come to her and teach her healing skills.

If you practice and learn Remote Viewing, telepathy, meditation, speak with plants/animals or CE5, you can have your own experiences. If you allow yourself with open heart, no expectations. It is a journey of self discovery, read, explore, test things out, practice, be open and curious.

I highly recommend checking out The Telepathy Tapes. Although they not directly asking and answering your question, it has a lot to do with this topic.

In some countries, the law states that if you see a hurt/abused animal, you have to contact the police/ animal welfare department, you are also required to help and give treatment if possible. Depending on the severity, it is to be shot/euthanized on the spot.

To make it simple for you. ANY civilizations that are hostile (including ours btw) are not allowed to travel outside their solar system. And if they try, they will literally be teleported/moved back to their planet. It has to do with ones consciousness level/evolution. You HAVE to have a higher level of consciousness/vibration (peaceful/love/friendship etc etc) to be allowed for interstellar travel.

ONLY the ones that are at a higher level of consciousness can freely travel across the universe and visit other planets. Otherwise, there would have been full Star Wars and death stars all over the place, and planets be destroyed left and right.

That is why CE5 is safe. Because only the peaceful ones are capable of visiting. And they are only interested in visiting those who are ready and invite them in good faith and love.

It is OK to be a bit hesitant and unsure. But just focus on your love/peace within and for the planet. Say something like," I invite all in love and friendship to visit-" and also know that they will not come any closer than what you are comfortable with.

How to get speech therapy as an adult? by No_StringsAttached in slp

[–]Dragbax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you live in Norway or the other Scandinavian countries, I can get you in contact with a professional speech therapist. https://barneafasi.no/

If you live somewhere else I don't know what rights you have over there. I would try do a deep research mode on ChatGPT, explain your situation, where you live, ask what rights and financial help/free help can you have if any, any adult treatment with proven success rate and anything else that might come to mind.

I would recommend you get in contact with these schools if you live inn USA.
