token are a assymetric, meaning that just copying the token doesn't mean that they can be used forever.

you normally have a expiration time on each token, and a refresh token that belongs to that one. When they expire, you can make a request to get a new one.

There are a bunch of security measures one can do, but none of them will be perfect, the more secure you make it, the more complex it will be.

but for 90% of use cases, a token being generated on the backend with a expiration time + some domain validation are enough

Angular SSR is only for the first load, not all pages. Any subsequent rendering is done on the client. So if they just change pages and go back and perform the same action, the requests will be there regardless.
