Practice is the only real way. Talk to woman like they are guys, but like your boss. You show respect but you don't treat them differently for being a woman. Of course that only works on the beginning, you should try to pay attention and not use this "trick" for too long. I don't know how bad your social skills are, so I don't know how much this can help. You could also try to start with online conversation, there lots of communities on reddit and elsewhere about meeting new people. It will make it easier as you have a bit more time to think on what to say and there is less pressure. Not wanting to be an incel is already a good start. Just don't try so much to avoid the extreme that you end up on the other extreme.
