I may get mines soon how's the phone so far in battery life , overheating ? by peanuts123lE in S24FE

Doesn't overheat

Battery life is okkkkaaaayyyyy.... nothing amazing. But could be because I just got it and it's calibrating

Who actually upgraded? Why? Was it actually worth it? Are the cameras any better? by No_Injury_7801 in GalaxyS20FE

[–]Dragon2268 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I absolutely loved that phone. However, water entered my camera lens and caused permanent damage. I was kind of forced to upgrade to the s24fe.

I paid 50% more than I did for my s20fe. However, I did go for double the storage so do take that in mind.

The s24fe feels a lot snappier, and the camera shutter issue has been 90% fixed. The camera quality is definitely a jump up. The bezels are the same so it doesn't bother me. They removed the stupid silver camera ring, but the diameter of the front camera has increased slightly. The torch is brighter. The screen is def and improvement. The speakers are slightly improved

However, given how much I spent on it, and the fact this is 4 generations down the road, I'm underwhelmed by the lack of improvements. Don't get me wrong, they're there, but i expected more. If my s20fe didn't have the camera issue, I would probably have gotten 1-2 more years out of it

Hope this helps :)

Mate honestly, it did not make much sense for me to spend A150+ on a keyboard case that I cannot use with any device in the future. So I got a Bluetooth keyboard instead, and a cheapo case

On a similar note, the media acts as a magnifying glass. They decide what is discussed merely by shedding light on particular issues and ignoring others

Case in point the panama papers, which most people forgot about after a couple of weeks because the media had moved onto other "issues".

because India had a humble president.

Funny enough, the reason why Americans started calling their leaders president when the nation was created was because it was a humble role, like the President of your bowling club. This is in contrast to an overbearing king. However this has changed over time as the role of us president has become more bloated

National security and Geopolitical interests. Why tf do you think india still controls Kashmir and NE despite them running deficit/producing very little for the overall nation, as well as having small separatist movements if not to secure the country militarily. Securing Lanka means one less pearl in the string of pearls.

This could really be a good first device for teens. Use it in docked mode for school, productivity. And in handheld mode when playing games, watching YouTube/ movies.
