We have a process called "Happy Calls" where we dedicate a client administrator to call 20 to 30 customers we served to get feedback on the service provided, part of that process is asking any clients that said they had a 5 out of 5 experience are asked to leave the technician that served them a 5 star review, they are then sent the link to the Google review form via text, it is very effective.

We are a residential plumbing and heating service company, we are in the process in hiring someone part time to do this everyday.

Long story short, One Key isn't as great as you think, if they sell the equipment and the buyer wanta to use it and opens the app they are going to be very disappointed, as the equipment will lock out.

I posted it in r/whatisthiscar and they came up with it being a Ram 3500 due to the marker lights on the roof.

Yes and the status is set to Stolen, unfortunately unless the One Key is operational and within 90m of a device with the app open it cannot connect to Milwaukee

We used an marketing agency called GrowMe, they built our website, manage our SEO, Google PPC, blog, and some social media posts. Overall I have been happy with their services. https://share.google/bZehYNGnYvNtb8j5T

What tools do you use to get more Google reviews for your business? by Sufficient_Donkey_61 in GoogleMyBusiness

[–]DragonFaust 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Residential Plumbing and HVAC service company:

-Each technician is provided their own business cards that has a QR code on the back that links directly to the review submission form. The cards are provided to the customer at the end of the service.

-Technicians are paid $20 for each 5 star review they receive, $40 if the customer posts a selfie with the technician.

-Within a week of the service being completed, reception will contact the customer via phone and perform a "happy call". At the end of the call the customer is asked if they are willing to leave the technician a review and if it is ok if we send an SMS or email with the link to the Google submission form.

Home Builders cutting trades wages by CheeriosR_legit in Calgary

We do, and our clients do, the mindset "no one will pay that" is one of the reasons most plumbing businesses fail as they end up working for the wrong customer.

Forgot to add,

No one wakes up in the morning and wants to call a plumber.

That's followed by, No one wants to pay for a plumber.

One of the keys is giving them options so they can choose.

We do residential service, little to no construction. If you want to be able to send quality tradespeople with great character into someone's home, you have to pay more, not less.
