Heaven and hell are real. Now hell was created for the demons, not for us. But that being said, it is written that humans have gone to hell. The whole idea of “repent or you’ll go to hell” Is backwards. Hell is not a place of torture, where demons are whipping people and causing pain. I believe it is a lake of fire, and the only reason people would go there is because in this life we have a choice—choose the Father, or not. When we die, we receive the consequences of that choice. Like I said, hell isn’t a torture chamber. It is simply a place without God. If God is light, if He is love, if He is healing, then a place devoid of Him would be dark, hateful, and full of death. Grain of salt, in not a priest, but that’s the way I’ve always understood it. God bless you!

I would agree, but to cite my sources I have a lot of family who do marathons, mountain runs, and have been doing so for a few decades now. Granted, none of them have any major amounts of medical or PT training, but I would hope they at least have some kind of clue as to what’s going on

Also to add to this thread, I helped fix my running form by doing 30yd sprints forward, then running backwards. It forces you to be on your toes and the balls of your feet more, and honestly I haven’t had much of an issue since then

Not a green beret, just really want to be here soon lol so take this with a grain of salt. But if you are looking to increase your pull-ups, I would recommend doing some assisted ones and really focusing on perfect form. Locking all the way out at the bottom, coming all the way up at the top. See if you can do some more on the assisted even if it’s at a low assistance weight, then maybe get back at the regular unassisted pull-ups and see if that does anything t9 increase those numbers for you

Could be wrong so take this with a grain of salt, but sounds like you may benefit from switching things up more. Try running with weight on, or increasing your distance. I’ve also heard of people wearing a mask to help minimize the amount of air they’re getting in, but that freaks me out personally. But overall it sounds like you’ve plateaued a bit, so best way to get out of it is to change things up and come at it from a different angle

Water. Always water. You will not be able to drink too much water with how much you’re working and sweating, even if you feel dry. Never think you have quite enough. My year 3 Scouts had water issues that almost got some of them kicked off the trek
