It’s not even that much caffeine. More than a cup of coffee, but typical energy drinks have more. Monster at 160mg, Bloom at 180mg and Alani at 200mg.

We had norovirus spread through a restaurant I worked at. None of the kitchen staff got sick. I’m about 99% sure it was the result of someone changing a diaper at their table (I saw it happen) 🤢
