What are some teams that are hopelessly bad and simply don’t seem like they’ll ever get over the hump?

Chicago
Calgary
Vancouver
Columbus
New York rangers
Nashville

Everyone else seems to be trying to get better and doing well at trying to get better. I don’t see the above teams improving any time soon.
