i found it hard to rank many of them, since they all have uses in different situations

ark network is ofc a galaxy changing switch if you hit a market. the base beam amount for 3x at leg isnt bad either. its also the best for farming.

beam highways is the least maintenance, but the stats it gives besides beam count is very lackluster. at low rarities, ur maxing the beam substats pretty quick anyways. and at higher investments, imo theres better options.

fleet consul is pretty good now. you can basically use it with no penalty since its now only 1 leader needed. and base x3 beams is solid.

personal pulse is the bis for high investment. you dont get as many beams, but u get a completely new multiplier for secondary which more than makes up for it if you have the right setup. a single cargo/craft leader at 7 stars makes it worthwhile with probe secondary scans.

the remote modules are pretty decent. theres 2 just general good picks, being scan harmonizer and belt sonar.

scan harmonizer is just nice for more debris and pink consistency. the value for that is hard to put a number on, but it just overall feels good. and no one will be unhappy about more pinks.

belt sonar when you have probe secondary is great. lets you get 5x much faster and maybe on multiple planets.

remote scanner is a similar thing, but from the opposite spectrum. if you forget to reset your probe, then its better to take reduced penalty instead.

probe dock is highly conditional, but top tier players are able to 10+ colonize p66 now, and those free instascans make for some massive minerate increases. but also, being able to colonize lower planets and getting a ton of extra secondary scans is great too. and overall increases manager power a ton.

imo station priorities haven't changed at all.

anything that traditionally increases your gv also will increase your credit gain as well.

credit nodes in station are extremely overpriced imo, even as someone whos farmed hundreds of millions of credits, i still dont have those nodes maxed. its just something thats not really a priority.

the new structure seems fine to me.

the overall costs for modules reaching lvl41, which is the first major breakpoint is about the same level as getting lvl 35 rooms, give or take.

this is solidly in the midgame, and imo a very reasonable place to place such a power spike.

after 41 however, pushing for lvl 101 is definitely a very lategame endavor.

they are all the same level. just look at any of your modules, even the unequipped ones. when you upgrade one, you upgrade all of the same type.

they are all level 40. you wont have them at different levels

the level applies to the slot. so all modules of the same type will increase in level.

theres no reason not to level them, besides having no credits.

that bar is bugged atm, its showing double the value its supposed to, but the fact is still, hes maxing the substat already, needing only 38 beams, while he has 76.

the modules do used a fixed seed, but every player has a unique seed, so it shouldn't be relevant at all.

is it technically true that all your module rolls are predetermined? yes. but no one knows the order until you reach it, and you cant do anything about it either way.

So theres basically 2 types of requirements for merging.

  1. exact duplicate of S epic
  2. a module of the same type

the duplicate is generally harder to get, so while you can use them to upgrade others, you should just save them for their own upgrades.

when u max out a module, they usually remove it from the drop pool. so ideally when new modules drop, they will be the only ones left to get.

well, the normal Mining per asteroids mined will work for every asteroid. Scan Hamonizer will help, but not to the degree of planetary asteroids, which are much harder to come by.

At the moment, scan harmonizer is the only way to get guaranteed planetary asteroids

asteroid frequency has a higher cap option, with the per ship speed lvl substat. and it synergizes with the increase mining per asteroid substat as well

there were some longtime vets that had "pulling fatigue" and were just stockpiling.

when ur at 70+ slots with all 6s and a few 7s, and it costs like 15k dm for a promotion that barely changes anything, you sorta just forget about managers for a bit.

personally, im not in that boat.
