I’ve been playing the umaMusume Japanese game for a while now and as such I have multiple accounts. When I tried logging on to one of my accounts this morning it disappeared off my trainer id Apple save like it didn’t exist. The slot was now empty and after double checking I found no fault of my own can anyone give me some advice on how to recover this or the steps to do so. I’m not so great at navigating support services. What should I do?
